The export of dairy products increased by more than 60%

According to him, the production costs of dairy products have increased due to inflation, but this issue has not led to a change in the price of dairy products due to the competitiveness of the dairy market.

Bani Taba continued: The price change process is subject to expert evaluation by the support organization. However, the change in the price of raw milk by the Ministry of Jihad affects the price of dairy products.

The spokesperson of the Dairy Industries Association said about the latest status of dairy products exports: According to statistics, in the 9 months of this year, exports have grown by more than 60% compared to the same period last year.

He said: A large part of the increase in exports is related to the wholesale sale of dry milk, butter and frozen cream, which means a decrease in the share of final products in the export portfolio of dairy products. Along with trying to reduce bulk sales and increase the export of finished products, it seems that the delay in providing concessions such as clearing the foreign exchange obligation can help the dairy industry.
